Our Legion Post is equipped with an AED defibrillator, but what good is it if you don’t know what to do with it?🤷 On Tuesday May 26th at 6pm, a certified AHA trainer will be on site to demo & train us on proper protocol and useage of the Legion’s AED unit. This will be under an hour. If anyone wants to stay longer for CPR training, she will be happy to continue. Please note: This will NOT be a full-on certification class. It is only intended to provide us with a quick overview of necessary steps in case of an emergency. There is a sign up sheet at the Post but it’s not necessary to sign up. It just helps us determined how many will be there. All we ask is that you arrive in time. This one hour of training could help save the life of a friend or fellow Post member.

We are looking for volunteers who would be interested in tending bar at our Legion Post periodically. This would not be a full-time position, and we are happy to work around your schedule. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere and a great opportunity for you to serve those who have served us. No experience is necessary.
