The 2nd District Sons of The American Legion will be hosting a fundraiser at Post 522 for Homeless Veterans on Saturday, March 4th. We are going to be sleeping outside in cardboard boxes Saturday night to raise money and awareness for our Veterans in distress. The night will be full of activities including live music, karaoke, food, and a raffle with 50 prizes. Raffle items are being displayed at Legion Post 522. There will be a maximum of 500 sheets sold for the raffle. A sheet of 25 tickets costs only $20. The tickets will be placed in a bucket in front of each item that you are interested in. Several large ticket items are valued between $100 – $500. All money raised is being donated to the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative, Wisconsin Veterans Network, and Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin.
